BAYELSA STATE GETS NEW COMMISIONERS



His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri, Governor of Bayelsa State has today 26th August 2020 Sworn- in 24 new Commissioners at the State Executive Council, Government House Yenagoa. They are to hit the ground running and ensure a more prosperous Bayelsa as the the Government us christened PROSPERITY GOVERNMENT.
THE Nnames and Portfolios of the Commissioners are;
1. Miss. Preye Broderick - Ministry of Special Duties (East)
2. Esau Andrew - Ministry of Lands & Housing
3. Dr. Ibieri Jones - Ministry of  Mineral Resources.
4. Thompson Amule - Ministry of Local Government Administration, Chieftaincy Affairs and Community Development.
5. Grace Ayakpo Ekiotenne - Ministry of Transport.
6. Stanley Braboke - Ministry of Trade, Industry and Investment.
7. Moses Teibowei - Ministry of Works
8. Iselema Gbaranbiri - Ministry of Environment
9. David Alagoa - Ministry of Agriculture
10.  Barr. Biriyai Dambo (SAN) - Commissioner for Justice/ Attorney General
11. Dr. Iti Orugbani - Ministry of Culture and Tourism Development.
12. Dr. Promise Ekio - Min. of Science, Communication and Technology.
13. Otokito Federal - Ministry of Labour, Employment and Productivity.
14. Faith Opene - Women Affairs and Social Development.
15. Obosi Churson - Ministry of Special Duties (West)
16. Ekisah Sinkumo - Ministry of Special Projects (Governor's Office)
17. Maxwell Ebibai - Ministry of Finance.
18. Akpoebidei Alamieyeseigha - Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning.

Also appointed and sworn in is Mr. Collins Cocodia as Special Adviser to thr Governor on Political Matters.
